I wanted to drop you a note thanking you, the FIMC staff and the building owner for the concerted effort you have all made in improving every aspect of our offices.
As you know better than anyone, the previous owners and managers let the building decline in many areas from heating and cooling to interior finishes to the exterior appearance. We came very close to moving to new space because our customers and our employees had become disenchanted with being here. The changes are welcome and have been extensive, from the interior finish outs you have completed to the comfort provided by a HVAC that provides comfort, regardless of the weather.
We realize it was not easy or inexpensive to bring this building up to its present state, considering the shape it was in when you took the task on. We are excited about the ongoing additional improvements you have planned.
The buildings ownership is in a position to offer very aggressive rates on full service leases with escalations above the base year.
Rates are set based on length of lease and finish out negotiations.
The property is professionally managed by FIMC Commercial Realty, Amarillo’s longest established management firm (1986).
FMIC is the only Accredited Management Organization in Amarillo.
We are undergoing renovations that include new vinyl on all corridors, remodeled break room, updated lobby, restrooms and exterior.
The IBM building will be Amarillo’s best suburban office environment.
